Our process

At Highland Exteriors Group, we believe in delivering the same level of meticulous attention to detail and professionalism, whether you're in need of a small stucco repair or a new James Hardie siding installation for your custom home. Our streamlined process ensures that every project is handled with care and precision, from initial consultation to final inspection.

  1. Initial Consultation and On-Site Inspection: The first step is to discuss your project details over the phone and coordinate schedules for an on-site complimentary inspection.

  2. Detailed Project Review and Scope of Work: During the inspection, we'll delve deeper into the project details, assess the property, and take measurements. Please note that we do not provide pricing or scope of work the day of inspection, as every project is unique and handled with care. Our team generally needs a few days to complete our process. After the inspection, our team will review the job notes and meticulously craft a detailed scope of work, incorporating inputs from inspection, project management, and technical lead.

  3. Renderings and Material Samples: If needed, we'll provide renderings and samples of the installed materials to help you visualize the final result and make informed decisions.

  4. Formal Contract and Deposit Collection: Once the scope of work is finalized, we'll send the formal contract electronically for your review. Upon contract signing, a deposit (for most projects) will be collected, triggering material orders and scheduling.

  5. Project Management and Coordination: Your assigned project manager will coordinate with you regarding project expectations and scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Larger projects will require a “Kick Off Meeting” to be scheduled on site prior to the installation day with your project manager and technical lead.

  6. Installation Day Preparation: On the installation day, your project manager will meet you on-site to review the work area, provide protection for items like the AC unit or plants in the service area, and ensure proper material and safety setup.

  7. Final Walk-Through and Completion: Upon installation completion, a final walk-through will be scheduled with the project manager to review any punch-out items and discuss next steps. Once satisfied, the final invoice will be sent, and payment requested.

  8. Post-Installation Support and Warranty: All projects are warranted for at least a year, and our project team is ready to answer any questions or provide follow-up inspections for any issues that may arise. Any warranty request will be inspected within 72 hours and must have the client present. Highland Exteriors Group has a no-hassle warranty process, and any adjustments will be made as a top priority. Our number one goal is client satisfaction.
